Hello,
I am planning to brew a 1.058 brew on Saturday, and I come to find that I don't have enough DME to make a yeast starter this morning. I used a 1000ML starter but only had 75 grams of DME. I went ahead and made it anyways, and it is on a stir plate churning away right now. I can get to the home brew store tomorrow to get some more DME, but should I even bother with it or just keep it as is? Like I said it is on a stir plate, so I know that helps. The starter wort came out to about 1.027 so obviously a little low.
If I were to add more DME tomorrow, how would I even go about that?
Thanks!
