I have been aging a cider for a few month now. I just started a new batch earlier today and bumped the airlock on the aging batch(I am using a three piece airlock). The piece of the airlock that goes up and down to release pressue is now sitting all the way down on the tube inside the airlock. Is the batch OK to continue aging, or did I loose my CO2 blanket?
Thanks.
Thanks.
