Is there such a thing? I was able to get some hops recently at a price that made me take all that was available. The hops are between 2 and 3 seasons old but have been vacum packed in mylar/foil bricks and frozen at or near 0 F. I would like to check out their viability without having to make up a batch of beer and just try them out. Anybody got any techniques or ideas that I might be able to try?
