I just harvested my first year hops and have a couple ounces each of Centennial and Cascade. I can't wait to use them in my next brew. I'm looking for recipes that use these two hops. Thanks!

Thanks man...Centennial Blonde looks great. Think I'll give it a try.

I'm a big IPA fan...should have enough centennial to brew a batch of Bells Two Hearted clone. Thanks!

Just brewed a Two Hearted clone with all wet hops. I dried the bittering additions as I've heard that wet hops aren't the greatest for this, although don't really know why it would matter that much.

Going to taste a sample in a few days.

I am sort of bummed about a recent wet hop dry hop that I did with Centennial. It came out WAY too grassy flavored. I suppose I may have kept them in for a little too long (8 days), but either way, I'm probably going to skip the dry hop addition of Centennial wet hops for my Two Hearted clone.
