Hows this look

6 Lbs Marris Otter
1 Lb Caravienne
1 Lb Melanoidin
single infusion mash @ 150

8 Lb Marris Otter LME
1 Lb Demarara brown sugar

.5 oz 10%aa target at 60 min
.5 oz 3.3%aa fuggles at 60 min
.25 oz 10%aa target at 30 min
.5 oz 6%aa EKG at 30min
.25 oz 3.3%aa Fuggles at 15 min
.25 oz 10%aa target Aroma
.5 oz 6%aa EKG aroma

I'll be doing the LME and sugar addition with 10 minutes left in the boil, so the bittering hops should get better utilization.

Pitching onto a big Pacman yeast cake from a mild.

any thoughts?

I like it. You should get a dark red color out of it. When I run it through ProMash, I get 36 IBUs out of it. If you're trying for a lot of hoppiness, I'd bump it up at least 0.25 oz for each hop addition.

Looks like a lot of melanoindin to me. My experience with this malt is that a little goes a long way.

I tried to put this in to beersmith but maris otter isn't in there. After a google search, I see that it ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 Lovibond. Anyone have the rest of the details so I can add it to beersmith? Thanks.
