I did my own recipe on this one. I call it Sneaky Creeper . Golden and dangerous will sneak up and bust you in the mouth. Malty and low on the hops.
15 lbs. Two row pale
1 lb crystal 10L
1 lb rice syrup solids
1 oz. Williamette
White Labs California ale yeast
1.074 og
In the primary had to come up with a blow off tube used an airlock and hose off my racking cane caught it before it shot the airlock off.

Was wondering how long do I secondary this beast? Any input would be greatly appreciated:drunk:
 
2 or 3 weeks, what was your ferment temp, what temp you gonna secondary at?
 
Fermenting at 68 degrees and the same for secondary . Was thinking a least 2 weeks for sure most high gravity recipes I've seen say weeks to months.
