Just bottled my first mead. A Mixed Berry Mead ! :rockin:
Now I have Lemon Mead going, and next I was thinking of making just a basic mead, honey only.
Question tho, when making just a basic mead does it need to age? I thought I read some where that once its finished you can drink it or let it age.
