Any tried and tested GF Irish Red recipes? I personally love the beer, I'm an amateur homebrewer, and I'm struggling to find a recipe.

Hoping someone might point me in the right location?

Nothing public that I've seen. I'm looking for something along the same lines. Traditionally, it's made with grains that are malted and caramelized. This of course provides an obstac..."opportunity" that we have to really figure out.

Here's one..kind of. http://www.lesbieresnouvellefrance.com/messagere_rousse-en

Once I can afford some grain to test with, it's one of the main beers I really want to have again, and pretty much the only reason why I even started trying to brew. Unfortunately, it means considering the process of malting sorghum or buckwheat.
