started to brew 5lt of water 150gm's blue box honey & 7gms bread yeast been fementing fir about 2 months so far

Presume you meant 1500 gms of the honey ?

Did you use anything for yeast nutrients ? Because just honey, water and yeast would be a "show" mead, and the lack of nutrient can make for a very long, slow ferment. Whereas, with that mix, its only an orange, raisins and a few spices away from a JAO type batch.....
 
no 150gms of honey its in 5 litre container and no
nutrient so far didnt know about it
 
150 grams in a 5 liter batch is going to have a potential of 1.15% abv, or a OG of 1.008, are you sure it wasnt 1.50 kg?
 
7g of yeast in 2 liters with an OG of 1.008 probably would have finished fermenting in about....really quick, if it was still going after 2 months there has to be more honey, even bread yeast I'd think could take this batch dry in no time
