Has anyone ever tried this recipie from northern home brew. Its a pale, but the ingriedients list on thier website calls for alot of hops. Thought it might be a good brew.

Any experience and was it a good brew.

I brewed this one. It is hoppy with not much in terms of malt flavor. It cleared very well. The first try after two weeks in the bottle was not so tasty, but by the last few bottles in the batch (maybe two months later) the flavor was excellent and I was bummed when the last bottle was empty.
I recommend it if you like hops, but don't expect any malt character - or boost up the malt character by adding a little extra of your own.

I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

any other suggestions, i consider myself a hophead so the more the better. But i also like beers like, nut brown ales, things with good malt character.
