Tasting Notes
Still Aging
Ok So i do realize this is a lot of hops. But i love the way these work with each other. The idea with this is a Barley wine that will sit and age over time. All fermented in an Oak Barrel and then secondary in the same barrel. Im going to bottle in wine bottles and cork it. Im looking for malty that hoppy... i know that sounds weird but it more like malt over hops with lots hop flavor and aroma not so much bitterness. Let me know what you guys thinks.

are you bottling this flat or sparkling? Be careful with pressure buildup in wine bottles....if your carbonating you may wish for champagne bottles....

Im going to bottle it sparkling and use only champagne bottles. But it that's a valid point.
