So many hops...What to do?

So spring is approaching and want to make some sort of pale ale/spring brew. Pretty easy to drink, moderate IBUs, but I'm not sure of my hop selection or schedule yet....

Any ideas or recipes you all have used in the past?

Here is what I have on hand:
Tettnang (German)
East Kent Goldings
Chinook
Fuggles
Citra
Mt Hood

this with citra/chinook. Play with the amounts to keep the IBUs in check, because citra and chinook have double the AA's.

I would skip some of the 15 and 10 additions and pile them all in at flameout

Chinook IPA You can get the recipe by looking at the Northern Brewer kit and clicking on the information tab.

Thanks for idea. I did do a chinook IPA and I dry hopped with 1 oz of citra before and it was tasty. But looking for something different...

EKG can go nicely in a Witbier.

Or maybe a Citra Pale Ale?

Given your goals, shoot for 40-45 IBUs

Use 10-15 IBUs Chinook at 60
Add an appropriate amt of IBUs from East Kent Goldings at 10
Add an appropriate amt of IBUs from Fuggles at 10
Maybe an ounce of EKG at Flameout

Yes...its with amarillo. I said to play with the schedule and use chinook/citra, because it will be tasty, and fulfill your stated goal.

If you are looking to not use your brain, maybe you should just buy beer.
