My first brew is in the bottle now, so I am just waiting a few more weeks before It's ready. All my friends and family keep asking what I call it, and I haven't thought about til now. Do you all name your beers? Maybe you can throw some ideas out there for me. I only have one idea, but the wife wasn't a fan. Being that this was my first brew, I have been thinking about it constantly(money,ingrediants,equipment,temp,time,sanitizing,cleaning,fermentation,and weather I screwed up along the way). So, I thought Ponder's Pale Ale was good. Here's my own recipe I used.
BRIESS PALE 2 ROW 8lbs
BRIESS 40L CRYSTAL MALT 1 lb
DINGEMANS BELGIAN BISCUIT .5 lb
CASCADE 1 oz (60)
CHINOOK .5 oz (10)
CHINOOK .5 oz (1)
CENTENNIAL 1 oz (dry)
SAFALE US-05
