I'm headed your way memorial day weekend. We're doing the usual stuff, the Arch, tour Budweiser, Schlafly's. What else is of interest? We're coming up on motorcycles if there's any good area rides. Any help is appreciated. And as usual, if anyone want's to meet up for a beer, i'm all for it.:mug:

Is there no one who lives in St.Louis? COME ON! We're bringing the homebrew love, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

WW, I don't know what to say. There are several guys on this board from the River City. Quite odd that you're not getting more replies, the natives are usually quite hospitable.

Maybe they know that deep down inside you're a Redwings fan?

Taxi's are fine in the downtown area, but not sure outside of that. Be sure to check out six row brewing http://sixrowbrewco.com/ , they have only been open a few months but have gotten good reviews. If you can, check out both Schlafly places, the tap room where all the crazy beers are, and the bottleworks where the bottling plant is. There is also Mattingly's http://www.mattinglybrewing.com/ourBeer.shtml , small place with good beer and grub.

Unfortunately I'll be up in Chicago for some family stuff and checking out http://www.metrobrewing.com/ while I'm there.

Wish I would have seen this post earlier. I hope you're having a great time in ST Louis, if you're checking your email on the fly you guys are welcome to bring your bikes across the river to Lebanon, IL (20 miles) for some homebrew and bbq at my place. PM me and I'll get my number to ya.

Thanks for the offer! We are leaving in the morning, and are going to the concert at the Rib America Festival tonight.

We toured Bud this morning, very cool, then ate lunch at square one, very good cask nut brown ale.:mug:
