I moved the extra 2 aditions @ 50 min and 30 min to the 10 and 20 min points.. Gets me frome over 220 IBU down to 180..
plus i added some victory and Wheel malt LME and DME
malt & fermentables

This ended up being the highest OG beer @1.076 i have brewed yet.. i did a wyeast 1056 and a 2 day buildup starter and i also did per the instructions a 2.5min oxygenation with the O2 bottle and .5micron stone. It says to do it again in 12-24 hours i figure why not.. My hope is it will attenuate down far enough so its not sweet and unbalanced hoppy!
Any thoughts?
