I'd like to make an American Wheat Ale, but this is what I have lying around. I am open to almost any style and suggestion. Currently waiting for two IPAs to dry hop, so I need to keep myself occupied...

What could I conceivably concoct with these leftover ingredients for (preferably a) 10.5 gallon (though 5.25 is probably more likely, right?) batch:

5# German Pils
4.5# Wheat Malt
12 oz. Belgian Aromatic
8 oz. Crystal 20L
2# Maris Otter
8oz. Flaked Wheat
8oz. Flaked Barley
8oz. Caramel 80L
1# Caramunich III

I have a lot of these hops on hand:
Saaz, Styrian Goldings, Ahtanum, Simcoe, Columbus, Fuggles, Wilamette.

Open to yeast suggestions.

Also, open to any site you may recommend that may help me use up my leftover grain supply before it goes bad.

5# Pils
4.5# wheat malt
.5# flaked wheat

Mash 150x60 min

Boil 90 min - Pilsner
.75 oz simcoe at 60 (or enough for 20 IBU)
.25 oz simcoe at 5

Use an american ale yeast or Safale us-05
Ferment coolish say 65

Bingo. American wheat.

this is 5 gallon of course. Not enough base malt for 10 gallon
