I want to send (ship) a few styles for a competition next month.
Assuming I am perfectly happy with the carbonation in the kegs, what would be the best timing/procedure to bottle them?
Here is what I was thinking:
Turn keg temp down to 34
Sanitize bottles and put in freezer.
Bottle with the beergun like normal about a week before I have to ship?.
Suggestions/comments?
