Didn't do the dry hop and prolly should have 11# light liquid malt extract Steeped: 1/2# 20L dark crystal malt 1.5oz galena hops 60mins 3oz crystal hops 60mins 2.5oz crystal hops 15 mins 2oz crystal hops 1 mins Optional dry hop w/ 4oz crystal hops Fermented with white labs California ale yeast Got a OG of 1.075 and ended with about 1.010 Would definitely recommend a yeast starter as well as a blow of tube. Oxygenate wort a lot before pitching yeast. Happy brewing
