Well my first brew (Amber Ale from Midwest) went in the bottles last saturday and I made it this long before cracking one open to try it. Poured a beautiful color with about 3/4 inch of head. The taste has dramatically improved from one week ago. It's a damn good beer and it's not even ready yet. Let the obsession begin.
