Should I sterilize my wine after bottling some how to kill any unwanted byproducts that may have been left over? Maybe subjecting it to a hot water bath after adding yeast neutralizer?

Im about to start my first ever batch of anything brewed at home and want to make sure im prepared for every step of the way before i get there.

Thanks!

No need to pasteurize after bottling. You want to sanitize all of your equipment, of course, and be sanitary when you bottle. You can use campden tablets (potassium metabisulfite) when you bottle if you'll be aging the wine for a while if you want. Sulfites work as a preservative and antioxidant, but aren't strictly necessary. I use sulfites, but many others do not.
