Played with my Wacom this evening...decided a logo was a worthy waste of time. 
Thoughts? I'm only just noticing a few issues with pixels...I knew I should have been working at a higher res.
FYI -- Drawing done with a wacom bamboo in inkscape and then colored and assembled in gimp.
