I wouldn't try this with 30% carapils. That seems ridiculous. I don't know if the yeast could attenuate the beer as much as the specs suggest.
 
Ok. I just thought about what I wrote earlier. I think that batch will be a little large for my 32qt cooker, I wasn't accounting for my grain displacement, doh! I'll keep looking around...
 
Why don't you take any recipe, look at the percentages and scale it down to the batch size needed for your system.
