About 10 months ago I bought a pound of nugget pellet hops. I've always kept them refrigerated, and in not a sealed bag but in the original bag sealed best as possible (ie bag twisted and wrapped up with lots of rubber bands).

I don't have any fresh nugget to compare them too, and I dont live within 2 hours of a place that can sell me any, but they don't smell bad (I dont think Nugget hops have much in terms of aromatics to begin with).

I'm hesitant to use them in my next batch due to their age, but I hate wasting too!

Dillemas

As long as they don't smell rancid or cheesy, and haven't turned brown, you're all good to use them.
