I'm looking to clone this beer as my first attempt at an IIPA. This is the profile of the beer from the website.

Premium Two-Row (Metcalf & Kendall varieties), Munich, Simpson's Light Crystal
hops
4+lbs/BBL: BitteringWarrior, Columbus; Late KettleCascade, Centennial; Dry HopsAmarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe
I could use some help with the malts on this recipe I'm guessing that the Two-Row can be subbed with Light DME, but I"m not sure what to do for the Munich and the Light Crystal.
