adjusting thermostat on mini-frig

I'm converting a 4.4 cubic foot Kenmore into a kegerator for a friend. When I turn the thermostat to the warmest setting the temperature still drops to 33 F. Is there a way to adjust the thermostat setting to raise the temperature at which the compressor turns off?
