Need basic instruction for first time brewer

Just started reading all about home brewing and I'd love to get started!
If anyone could reply with some links for basic instructions, pointers, advice (with photos) would be awesome!

Spend some time reading the stickies, fantastic info there. Browse the threads that sound like questions you might have. And remember that very broad questions are extremely difficult to answer. But I guarantee, every question, pointers, and photos are here, dig a little, learn a lot. And sometimes there is just no substitute for just jumping in, without researching something to death.
