Check it before I wreck it? This is a variation on EdWort's Haus Pale ale, dropping the crystal and subbing Munich and Aromatic for the Vienna. I'm going for a dry, yet malty brew with a nice balance of hops flavor and maltiness. Maybe I'm going to get too much maltiness out of my grist, though? Also, I just prefer the taste of Amarillo over Cascade.
