I started a small 3 hop garden this spring which seems to be doing pretty well. I have a cascade, centennial, and a nugget. They all have flowery burrs on them which I'm hoping will turn into hops at some point.
My question is, if I do get a harvest this year, will the potency of the hops be the same of a plant that's a few years older? Not sure if age of a hop plant plays a factor in the potency of it's hops?
