I've read suggestions of adding caramalized honey to GF beers for color, body, and mouthfeel. Would it be possible to caramalize the Bries sorghum extract, and use that instead?
Yeah, I'm one who is experimenting (successfully so far) with caramelizing honey for my beers, but it never occurred to me to do the same to sorghum syrup or even BRS for that matter.
