A gift from the neighbor

So I was sharing some beer with the neighbor and he has been cleaning out his garage. We were chatting and I noticed a portable eye wash station sitting in the corner. I asked if he was getting rid of it. He told me he was not sure. So I say I will buy it from him if he decided to get rid of it. We have a few more drinks and I headed home. As I am putting my bike away here comes the neighbor with the soon to be 10 gallon keg. I ask him how much and I am told take. "It has been in my garage for over a year and I am not going to do anything with it". My wife called me a hoarder..
If this is hoarding I am guilty...
