Ready to put together my honey wheat. I have adapted B's Honey Wheat, so hopefully it will be tasty.

(all numbers from Beersmith)

Recipe Type: Extract
Yeast: WLP320
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.049
Final Gravity: 1.013
IBU: 19.2
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 6.2 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 68° F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 68° F

B's Honey Wheat

Grain:
3.00 lbs. Wheat DME
1.00 lbs. Extra light DME
.25 lbs. Honey Malt

2.00 lbs. honey

Hops:
.75 oz. Glacier 4.8 AA 60 mins
.75 oz. Glacier 4.8 AA 20 mins
.75 oz. Glacier 4.8 AA 5 mins

Yeast:
WLP320

Steep the honey malt for 20 minutes until water reaches a boil, add DME and .75oz Glacier. At 40 minutes, next .75oz of Glacier. In last five minutes, final .75oz of Glacier. At flameout, add 2 lbs. honey.

What do you all think? I'm not sure I entered the steeping grain properly in Beersmith, so the numbers might be off.
