I have been drinking this batch of blonde ale for about a week now and I think it turned out pretty good. I would say that the first few sips are a little bitter and it does not go well with food. Food seems to make it seem even more bitter. Yesterday I was having a cigar and the beer tasted completely different and phenomenal!!!! Has anyone else experienced something like this?
