Some of you may have remembered the "Hokie Hop Experiment" on YouTube. This is where a bunch of homebrewers on YouTube made single hop IPA's with the same malt recipe, but each with a unique hop selection. We are doing it again, this time with yeast. The base is an ESB recipe. We each picked a different British yeast strain. There were 20 of us involved this round. All of us have brewed and are currently shipping out our beers. Tasting reviews will be coming shortly. I've tracked all of the videos so far and will add the tasting videos as they come:

Cheers!

Can you post the ESB recipe that you used?

Here is the All Grain version:

10 lbs Marris Otter
1 lb C60
0.5 lb C120
0.5 lb Torrified Wheat
2 oz Williamette (60 min)
2 oz Fuggles (15 min)
1 oz Fuggles (5 min)

And the partial:
Sub the 10 lbs of Marris Otter with 4.8 lbs DME
Steep 2 lbs of Marris Otter with the rest of the specialty grains above.
