Sounds pretty good to me. The honey will lighten the body a bit, if that's what you are after.

Little heavier than planned I put an extra lb of wheat in it by losing count while milling. The sample from the keggle tasted pretty good.

Funny that, I am mid-mash on a Honey Wheat too, except I'm using Honey Malt instead of real honey.

I'd have hopped it less.

Really? Glancing at it, I thought "shouldn't there be more hops?".... Neither Tettnanger or Hallertauer are terribly high AA%

Do you think mine is going to be terribly overhopped? I'm at :30 in my :90 boil, I can change it still!

So far I have the .5 Galena in at FWH. Other than that, suggest away, please! :D

Also, I was thinking about adding .5 or 1.0 Amarillo at :15 along with the 1.0 Cascade at :15. Too much grapefruit+pineapple?

Uggggh. My hydrometer sample agrees with you, Budbo. Sure, I just dryhopped onto an ounce of Saaz. But still.

That was a drink of pure liquid hop, even after letting it settle for an hour.
I'm sure it'll mellow. *RDW's*

Note made for future Honey Wheat's. *scribbles into Brew Book*
