So wat I'm wanting to do a double starter. Make a batch, decant and make another batch then decant and pitch.

I only have 1.5c of DME and I didn't know how I shld approach this. Should I split 50/50 between the two? Or shld one have 1c and the other have .5c?

I have a 2L flask and how much water do I need for the batch sizes?

Oh and I'm using Wyeast Cali Lager

Edit: thread name is posed to be "Double OR single batch starter"

Plug in the numbers for your batch including the date of the pack and it will not only tell you what size starter you need but on the left side box it will tell you how much DmE you need.

DME to water should 100 per liter or 10:1 for a wort of ~1.040

All I have is 1.5c of DME and didn't know how much I shld use on each starter. Or use all in one batch?
