So I brewed a hefe using wlp300 but it was a rather large starter about 2l. 9lbs total DME 6 pilsner and 3 wheat. Last extract before I got my grain mill going.
Anyways the OG was 1.075- Seems to have stalled at 1.020- Its been that way for over 2 weeks. I then added a can of Raspberry puree.
Would adding some Curvee` yeast to finish it off be a good idea? Or just let it sit with the raspberry for the next 2 weeks?
