Tasting Notes
Supremely balanced, with a lovely citrus profile. Goooood drinkin\\'!
This will act as my first published review. This is the first original recipe that turned out better than I had expected. I've made 2 other original beers, but this one was the best. Enjoy and cheers!

Grains and Fermentables:
4 lbs Light DME (37.2%)
4 lbs 12 oz American 2-Row (44.2%)
8 oz Vienna (4.7%)
8 oz Crystal 60L (4.7%)
8 oz Munich (4.7%)
8 oz Cara-pils (4.7%)
Throw in a Whirlfloc tab @ 15 if that turns you on.

Hops:
1.25 oz Simcoe @ 60 min.
1.00 oz Cascade @ 60 min.
0.75 oz Citra @ 15 min.
1.00 oz Cascade @ 10
0.75 oz Citra @ 10
1.00 oz Cascade @ flameout
0.75 oz Citra @ flameout
1.50 oz Cascade dry hop 7 days
1.00 oz Citra dry hop 7 days

Ferment with US-05 @ 64.

If you prefer all-grain, just use 12.5 lbs of 2-Row.

I mashed in at 154 for 60 minutes. Turned out really nice and hoppy. I'll be making this again, and again, and again.
