I've got a graff in primary that I lightly hopped with Liberty (1/2oz @ 60, 1/2oz @ 10). I'm going to bottle tonight or tomorrow, I'll report back on taste then.
 
There is a dood from England on YouTube who has two videos about hoping cider. Secue1 I think is his name. I just watched them the other day and will be making some in the next few weeks! Looks SOOO good!
 
I've got a gallon of cider fermenting with Nottingham and 0.1 oz Kent Goldings now. I'm excited to try it. Next up, Falconer's Flight...
