I recently racked 2 liters of my homebrew from my 5 gallons of fermented brew and carbonated with dry ice to try it out. This worked out fine to test the brew. My question is, what would be the proper amount of Priming sugar (Dextrose) to add to my bottling bucket to condition the remainder of my fermented brew.... (5 gallons -2 liters). The last thing I want to do is overcarb and start popping tops, or produce any cider flavor. Thanks in advance!

Depends on the carbonation level you're after. Here's a calculator that should help you out-http://www.tastybrew.com/calculators/priming.html
