- Nice American Cream Ale. Slight corn in finish, easy to drink!
I brewed this as an all-grain for the first time last June. It was a big hit when the wife & I served it at our wedding shower that July 26th. I modified it from the extract recipe by adding Minute Rice to the mash and orange blossom honey in the boil. IIRC, we drained the keg in about 6-8 weeks!
