If you use a blowoff tube, i highly recommend placing the tube directly in a bucket with your sanitizer water, or if you use a jug of some sort, set the jug in an empty bucket for secondary containment. my jug overflowed with foam and some wort, luckily i did place it an empty bucket, avoiding a major mess and possible end to my brewing days.
