I am thinking of brewing Dolan's Irish Red Ale parital mash next. I called my LHBS to see if they had all the ingredients I need. They had everything except the Fuggles. They told me that they are recommending Willamette as a substitute. I value the members of this site more than my LHBS that is looking things up in a book. Are Willamette hops a good subsitute for Fuggles?
