I search but didnt really find anything to answer my question. I have been thinking about a beer with a little apple in it also maybe some cinnamon. I've had Ephemere by Unibroue which is sort of where the idea comes from I guess. The question is which do you think would be better adding apple juice into the wort or maybe adding some kind of diced apples or apple sauce to the primary or secondary? Also what kind of quantities do you think would be needed. I'm not looking for a real strong taste just something to give it a little fruitiness kinda like a blueberry wheat or something has. Same questions apply to the cinnamon, I would think secondary on that kinda like dry hopping in a way no idea how much though. Any opinions would be great, thanks.

Seriously no one has any ideas?
