After primary fermentation, I racked 5 gallons of 3068 apfelwein onto 2 lbs of blueberries. After about 2 weeks on the blue berries I racked into a clean carboy and added campden tablets.
Question is, did the campden kill all the yeast or would I still be able to prime with corn sugar when bottling?
