As I was putting my Pilsner Urquell clone in my beer storage closet, I realized just how much beer (and Apfelwein) I have: about 400 bottles
I present to you, the wall of beer:
OK, so I lied a bit, that's only part of it, this is the rest (Christmas beer x 2 on the bottom, and the rest of the first Apfelwein recipe I did):
I can't wait till some of this is ready to drink!
