Im just looking for some feedback on recipe here. Not really sure what style it would fit into, just something I made up. My goal is a light, clean crisp beer with a good nose and flavor but not very bitter. I live in the south so fermenting much below 68 is a problem. Im still fairly new at this so any feedback would be helpful.
5 gallon batch

FG ~1.011
Abv: 4.5%
IBU: 27
Color: 4
Extracts:
3.3 # CBW Pilsen light LME (late)
1 # Briess Extra light DME
1.5 # Muntons Wheat DME
Hops:
.5 oz Perle 60 min
.5 oz Fuggles 15 min
.5 oz Fuggles 5 min
.5 oz Tettnang 5 min
Yeast:
Wyeast 1272 American Ale II
Or
Wyeast 1335 British Ale II
1 tsp Irish moss 15 min
Late addition on the LME to help keep the color light.
