I'm going to be using WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast for the first time and, I was wondering what's the coldest some of you have been able to ferment at. I've heard rumors that some people have been able to do it at 45*F.

I'm using the Wyeast version (Wy2001) right now for a Czech Pilsner. It is going like gangbusters at 48*F.

(Wyeast says 48 is the lowest suggested temp)
