On my next batch I wanted to make a wine that was mostly grape, with strong blackberry undertones. I was thinking three parts grape to one part blackberry, and maybe with some brown sugar thrown in.
My main question is, what type of grape concentrate would go best with blackberry? I was thinking a syrah or cab would be good. Any suggestions/opinions are welcome and appreciated.
