My tripel went off without a hitch. This is my third AG batch. The recipe is all my own and has been slaved over for weeks. The color seems dead on the money. Considering all of the sugars going into the boil, I hit a 1.067 OG when 1.061 was the target. Of course, 1.62 lbs of inverted sugar will be added to the fermentation so the estimated OG should eventually be reflected as 1.081 when the target was 1.075. I don't think I can complain. Can't wait to drink this puppy...
