My first brew (a True Brew Amber Ale Kit) was good but I had problems transferring to the secondary and got a little extra oxygen as explained in a previous post but it was still drinkable. My second brew (a True Brew Brown Ale Kit) is excellent!!! I am so pleased. Been busy and have not been able to brew anything else but now I feel so much better about trying again.....
